The app is free to download and use.
You pay a sales fee of 5 % for each sale (max DKK 250 per sale)
You can buy clothing, furniture, books, strollers and much more for children and families. Both from private users or our approved Karusel partners
Download the app in App Store, create your profile and you are all set
You can pay with debit card, credit card or ApplePay through the app
Currently we only support iPhones - but we are working on launching Karusel for Android users
When you are picking up your items in person, you just swipe in the app to confirm the transaction
The seller simply has to write a provided code on the package and hand it in at any of DAO's package shops.
It is all automatic, so no need for exchanging information or annoying labels
By pickup, the purchase is approved when the buyer swipes in the app upon getting the item.
When shipping, the purchase is approved when the seller hands in the package at a package shop
Payment is processed when you pick up the item or when the seller hands it in at a package shop
The amount will be transferred to seller after 3-5 business days
